I feel that I was overcharged and that your staff is in need of customer service education.You will not be getting positive feedback/customer referrals from me! No electric 10-04-12..How long can you work out with no fans?

no air moving? and WHY? I go in to cancel, I'm supposed to hand over $20 so an employee can go and get change?? No!

I don't think so!! I'll go and get change...HELLO!! What is up there?? DAH!!!

I get charged the same 9.99 plus tax!

and 10. plus tax!!(no mention of tax with cancel.. in contract) for both me and my underaged dtr..so!! $43 to CX!!

You're the ones with no elec!! apparently you need the $$$...I was just trying to help my dtr to heal her knee. I will buy my own equipment, @ least we'll have elec... and no hidden fees and wandering employees!!!
